Lara and her team were wonderful to work with. During Covid, we had some layoffs with our company and needed some contract work to fill in a few gaps. I was also left to take on multiple roles, leaving me less responsive than usual. Lara was SOO patient and kind and delivered everything on time. Even though she didn't get some things from me (photos) in a reasonable time frame, she still took the initiative and came up with ideas without my input. She is a hard worker, creative thinker, and will take the initiative and lead on what has been given to her.
